Greetings
After disabling ClassicTheme.exe, explorer.exe will display a functional but messed up version of explorer.exe, and file explorer will refuse to open, crashing upon startup, i am running windows 8.1, i have tried replacing explorer.exe with the original from my installation media. This has the same issues, which leads me to believe it is a dll issue possibly? Any help is appreciated.
