Damnit. At this point, I think it's pretty safe to say that we're going to have to come up with our own personalization/settings application. The real question is: how much more of this kind of stuff are they going to do? How much longer until Windows is completely unusable with the classic theme? Hell, with the way things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if Control Panel gets completely replaced with the stupid 'universal app' settings.

I couldn't find it in Windowblinds in both a Windows 10 and 8.1 VM. Seeing that it says it's by "Stardock Design" is it a hidden built-in theme or what? I totally would go this route if given the choice, lol.
