There are so many but none are perfect a pixel perfect win7 classic ui with 95 startmenu would be awesome . If i missed any please post
It would be a good idea to edit any of those themes to look like windows 7 classic including the show hide desktop blue button at the right corner or make windows explorer look identical to windows
