I can't stress how handy this software is - saved me a helluva headache (LSS: don't follow guides made by idiots on Youtube!) yesterday.
What does it do? It scans your system for shell extentsions and whatnot and allows you to disable or delete them. Handy if you want to remove a buggy BHO or you want to remove a pesky context menu item that won't go away.
