It seems you do not use classic theme. To be honest, not really. I find it quite buggy, and even un-installed Classic Shell to de-bug it, but it still only changed the font on window titles, so I prefer to use a combination of Classic Shell, my Win9x icon pack, and a Windows 95 theme on Firefox (which I disguised as Internet Explorer 1.0). |

(if you are a pro, make some icons that are new look like windows 98). |
