It's annoying, and now it seems you can't use "Block Element' to get rid of it permanently anymore.
One work around, while not perfect, is to use Noscript and block proboards.com - that will stop the messages, but certain page elements no longer work. The forums are still usable however in this state.

Blocking ##[href^="https://www.proboards.com/store/"] and ##div:has([title^="Can we talk?"]) with Block Element should do the trick. Unless there's some other anti-adblock message I'm not aware of.

Sorry for the late response, but they are using new ones which don't work with what you've posted above: Even inputting all that manually into "my filters" doesn't stop it from showing. By far the worst one is when you're not logged in - that locked the whole browser up and demands you click on it to get it to go-away. Very annoying.

Well that's weird. The second one successfully blocks the bottom banner for me (it disappears when I click Preview and stopped showing up completely when I created the rule)

My bad, you're absolutely right - it works on the pop-ups when you're logged in. The other one still shows though, but it's avoidable. Thanks Spitfire.

What's even worse is apparently ProBoards embeds a tracker into every single link here on the boards.
