I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

Here is a batch file for configuring your taskbar. There is no need for you to go to that tablet settings app to do it, so it can be used while dwm.exe is off. This batch file just modifies registry keys and restarts the shell so that changes are applied.

Edit: Fixed bugs.
