I actually use one right now, there are a few that I think should not even be in it (Like Windows 9 but is covered up with 10 and NewShell) but, it has most if ALL Windows versions. Download Link

solved it in my openshell skins thread here www.winclassic.net/thread/462/classicshell-full-themes-megathread thing is these guys they load up into the registry thats why its better to not make a megapack with skins but keep them separated.
