Enable Classic theme for individual programs?

I really love the classic theme but I can't get over the fact that it screws with explorer.exe so much to the point of being unusable. This might be a stupid question or something that you guys feel shouldn't be done, but would it be possible to use the classic theme only for one program and have the rest use the regular theme? I specifically am looking for Seamonkey to use the classic theme to complete it's Netscape appearance that I'm working on, since it looks significantly better with the classic theme.
