WinClassic Not fully uninstalled / broken

I tried uninstalling winclassic and everything uninstalled except a few things like the minimise fullscreen close are still in the winclassic theme and lots of the windows apps are still classic theme. I didnt really mind but it is causing problems such as when I right click on files it doesnt show the text
