I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

It just works, all of it. The Tour Launcher had to be set in Vista Compatibility mode and the tour had to be in C:\Windows\Help\Tours, but it works properly.
