I entered the link uploaded by ihatemetro and merged the context menu registry, but it is only for Windows 7. Not in Windows 10...

You're supposed to navigate to those places manually through the registry editor, backup the registry, and then remove the keys. I've browsed to the location before to change where "Personalization" pointed to (Control Panel instead of Settings) and the keys are the exact same names as the ones on Windows 7.

Please tell me how? Navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\ Backup the "Shell" key by selecting it, click on "File" menu, then click export. Remove whatever looks close to "Display" Remove whatever looks close to "Personalize" And done. I'm currently on my Arch Linux install so I can't confirm. Edit: Confirmed, all of the keys are the same as on Windows 7.

Take ownership of the registry keys ( www.askvg.com/guide-how-to-take-ownership-permission-of-a-registry-key-in-windows/ ) or use this: winaero.com/blog/execti-run-programs-trustedinstaller/ to run regedit as trustedinstaller so that you don't have to take ownership.

I went to the registry editor HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\DesktopBackground\Shell\ and deleted the display settings and personal settings. How do you make attributes?
