Problem with new PaleMoon+solution

With new Pale Moon when using ClassicThemeA.exe, there are visual artifacts: the pull-down menus do not clear after themselves and leave garbage on the window frame and on other windows.
The problem seems disappear if to use ClassicThemeTray.exe instead of ClassicThemeA.exe
Also it seems, with classicthemetray there are no transparency issues in Chrome.
