Windowblinds problems

The closest thread to this topic I found on WB was a thread on small text where the staff where unhelpful/never heard of this problem before.
I figured I'd check here to see if anyone else experianced an issue with small text on windowblinds title bar and other features. I am really happy with the look but no settings, even a ported cpl seem to fix the problem. The slider, the display settings magnifier, the cpl from 2k, nothing works. certain elements of the ui like most installers and property panels appear microscopic.
