I see now. But how do you disable driver signature enforcement permanently? All I need is that to start modifying signed system files. Don't suggest ones for BIOS boot, I use UEFI.

A comment from UltraUXThemePatcher site's FAQ: "I have a 4k monitor installed and run in black screen and reboot issue. How do I fix it? A 4k monitor uses a special secured connection from PC to Monitor, therefor signed (unmodified) files are necessary. In this case you can not use UltraUXThemePatcher, sorry!" Edit: I can't find anything on how to disable Driver Enforcement with UEFI, guess that is the only way.

I wonder if they have patched it or not? EDIT: I've heard of the TestSigning method, which also works on UEFI since it's a BCD modification, but that leaves a watermark. Can the watermark be disabled using WinAeroTweaker?

Yeah, I don't even know if me having a 4k TV is the cause of what screwed up my original install. I made so many different tweaks, it could be any number of things. All I know is, disabling the driver signature check is not something I plan to tangle with again.
I used BCDEdit to the disable driver signature check and it made my system hang on the initial load screen, before the login prompt. It might've been salvagable idk, but it was just easier to re-install than troubleshoot that mess (though I did try at first). I strongly suggest to go with the F8 menu way of doing it.

Thanks for the ripped CDF files, and yes. It's the early Mozilla icon as kamuisuki said. Okay took too long but finally have the motivation to add them in, lol.

Your desktop looks great.

Both do the same thing tho: Internat allows you to switch keyboard layouts. I was just saying it's good to see the ROS version of it works with SCTT.

Got a new system awhile back, had to do most of the things from scratch. Got 80% done.

Thank you. Not surpised it's from the Vista era, that OS always had the best wallpapers IMO.

Just a question, you are using LTSB 2016 right? based on 1607 build. I'm using 1803 , is there somethings working better on your version about theming or other? Or is this none important if i'm already on 1803.

You should be good with 1803 because it has the context menu tweak and a non-broken explorer.

Currently working on installing rest of my programs and VMs from my old system but another tiny update. I have changed the banner on the system properties screen. I forgot to say this on the other update posts, but the MSN Messenger program on the taskbar is actually Waterfox Classic without any navigation buttons with discord.
