Rename "View" and "Sort By" Context menus?

I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

I think you can modify shell32 for this.

Working on de-metroifing the Windows UI (and maybe making it 100% usable without DWM)
