In Windows 10 the skinning is hardcoded into the taskbar, it is not skinned by a theme.

anixx but in endermans video it works mine it does not also i have the file from windows 7 if anyone wants i will send a drive link In the video the taskbar is not in Windows Classic theme, it is skinned by some utility, like Startisback. It just uses a skin that resembles the Windows Classic theme. Windows 8.1 is the last Windows version where the taskbar follows the system theme. Windows Classic theme is not stored in any file, it is painted directly by GDI. This means Windows Classic is not really a theme, but Windows without themes. You can disable theming in Windows 10. There are many utilities to do this on this forum. The most simple is this one: www.winclassic.net/thread/510/classicthemetray-quickly-toggle-classic-themeNote though that it affects only programs started after enabling Windows Classic.
