By far the most annoying bug using classic theme is this: Instead of appearing like it should in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, balloon popups appear in the upper left instead, sometimes. Usually this happens when Explorer is restarted, but it can happen on it's own as well.

Found a workaround: turning your monitor/tv off and then back on, either by physically via remote/controls or switching displays from within Windows.
This seems to reset the balloon popups so they correctly display in the bottom right corner.

Found an easier and more reliable method, but it requires the use of SCT taskbar: 1. When a balloon pop-up appears, quickly close the taskbar down. 2. The balloon pop-up should re-shift from the top left to the bottom right of the screen. Simple as that. To make it even easier, use a program like Lightshot so you can invoke the balloon pop-ups yourself. Video demonstration: www.youtube.com/watch?v=MELffznAsNk
