CLASSIC Taskbar and Start Menu Settings

Hi! I recently tried porting DLL/MUIs from older versions of Windows 10 since I figured they would be more compatible. I was able to get the semi oldish taskbar context menu back by replacing the explorer muis. In the MUIs though, they contain the dialog boxes for the classic taskbar settings, I couldn't get them to work. But maybe there is a possibility to recreate the dialog with visual studio and redirect the context menu to open the AHK instead? (Which I know could possibly break windows 10). Before Windows 10 version 1607, right clicking the taskbar would bring the semi classic/modern version of the taskbar and start menu settings, while later builds now just completely redirect to settings. I know it's such a minor thing, but thought for the over-all experience, the feeling of opening the classic version would give that nostalgic feeling.

-I also did port over the shell32, and used the run32 command to try and open the classic taskbar settings, but still got redirected to settings, but had to replace the dll with the original one since programs were giving me the "untrusted file" error.

- I thought about trying to recreate this in Visual Studio, but have absolutely no knowledge on it, (and I know, youtube is a thing)
