This is a 16-bit task manager, working in Windows 3.1, but Windows 95-aware. It works well under Windows 8.1 x64 under Winevdm.

Interestingly enough, it has option to show hidden tasks, so I found a lot of hidden (invisible) tasks on my system (such as Bluetooth-related), abut which I was unaware (I thought I had everything bluetooth disabled).
