I used to make my own but because of Microsoft updating their file directory for the icons, I'm not able to anymore.

I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

It basically just replaces 99% of all icons with Windows 7 ones. There is a version for 1507-1809 and 1903+. (that includes 21H1, though I have not tested it there)
