Are there any Volume and Wifi (not network) icons from Windows Vista that I can use for customizergod?

You can extract bitmaps from batmeter.dll and icons from pnidui.dll, and then apply them in CustomizerGod.

You can extract bitmaps from batmeter.dll I think you made a mistake here. He was asking for volume tray icons, not battery. In fact, ISM , volume icons are stored in sndvolsso.dll file. Extract the icons from it from a Vista Setup ISO file.

EDIT : Never mind, I have found the set of the wireless network icons

(which means only safe to remove hardware icon is there, and other icons) I think you made a mistake here. He was asking for volume tray icons, not battery. Yeah, the rest are in pnidul.dll. (although they are almost impossible to see due to no outline on the icons)
