Attempt #2 at getting Win10 to not look like garbage. Used Classic Tray. Slightly more successful than trying to use SCT, if only for the reason that OpenShell still works. Halp?

No dice. I got an error message about X-Com or something :\ To customize Classic theme, you need an old Desktop Properties dialog which has been patched to work on modern systems. I've attached it to this post. Ah, a noticeable improvement! Finally making progress, thank you. More errors. But at least the popup message has that beautiful Classic border and title bar now

Okay. What build are you on? Is it possible can you show a screengrab of the system properties page on your system please? I'm using the latest version of Integral Edition, which is based on 20H2. It's also running in a VMware virtual machine. Do you want the system properties from the guest machine or the host machine? EDIT: host machine EDIT 2: guest machine. I couldn't find a "System properties" window so this is just the System window.

EDIT: host machine View AttachmentBro, when The Jackal said "system properties page", he meant that one (or the other one for guest machine you attached, [only windows 10]): Not that one you have in your post. It was previously used for Windows XP and below (in the General tab, that one), but on Vista and above, it uses the above image i posted (or that one in your guest machine picture attachment, but only for windows 10). Your guest machine system properties image attachment is correct though.
