Hello, Where are the Classic Theme's resources (images etc.) stored in Windows 7? - I couldn't find any msstyles file containing them. Where can I download an msstyles file containing all the original images?

Since you mentioned msstyles, I take it you are referring to image resources for the classic theme's overall appearance, is that correct? Thing is, the classic theme doesn't use images like a visual style does. Instead, Windows uses GDI (or GDI32) to draw basic lines, boxes and shapes that USER (or USER32 - not to be confused with user accounts) then uses to render windows, buttons, and other user interface controls on the fly. In other words, the classic theme isn't so much a "theme" as it is "Windows without msstyles". As such, there aren't really any "original images" for you to extract for the classic theme. The closest thing it has to "images" are some of the more complex shapes such as the glyphs seen in caption buttons (the icons in the maximize, minimize, close, and restore buttons) as well as controls like checkboxes and radio buttons. Believe it or not, those are actually a font - marlett.ttf specifically (as a sidenote: fonts are also rendered by GDI, so even that is technically part of the GDI system). It is possible to rip these glyphs as vectors using a program such as FontForge. In fact, we've actually done this for WinClassic's themes. Bellow is a zip folder containing all of Marlett's glyphs in a usable SVG format. For reference on what each of these glyphs are used for, take a look at this page on the ReactOS wiki.
