I only need 1 last thing to have my perfect classic setup. And that is the menu bar color:
As you can see, it appears whitish instead of grey. The color when you hover the pointer above them isn't the one it should be either. The thing is this doesn't happen with Windows explorer. Only with other programs. Do you know if there's a solution to this?

Spitballing here, but do you have 3d borders enabled? Maybe the "Menu" item in Display Properties defaulted to white? IDK, real odd one.

Spitballing here, but do you have 3d borders enabled? Maybe the "Menu" item in Display Properties defaulted to white? IDK, real odd one. It was the 3d borders. i enabled them with the SCT executable.
