Any way to change second column icon size|Openshell 4.4.169

I've been trying to make an accurate look of Windows XP's classic start menu look on Openshell and ran into a problem. The icons from the second column from the start menu looked too big and wanted to change it but couldn't because there's no option to do so. (unless if i'm just that blind) Is there anyway to fix this problem?
