The following registry file replaces Sagoe fonts everywhere with Tahoma:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
;Remove Segoe UI [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts]
"Segoe UI (TrueType)"="" "Segoe UI Bold (TrueType)"="" "Segoe UI Italic (TrueType)"="" "Segoe UI Bold Italic (TrueType)"="" "Segoe UI Semibold (TrueType)"="" "Segoe UI Light (TrueType)"=""
;Font Substitution [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes]
"Segoe UI"="Tahoma"

Segoe UI is a nice font, but it does NOT look good on dialogs with the classic theme. Alternatively, you can use Resource Hacker and edit the following files: %SystemRoot%\System32\ en-US\shell32.dll.mui %SystemRoot%\System32\ en-US\comdlg32.dll.mui NOTE: Replace en-US with your system language code. For example, it may be en-CA, en-GB, es-MX, ru-RU, etc. For a full list of language codes, take a look at this page.

I just used Winaero Tweaker to replace the fonts. I used Verdana instead for the overall font as Tahoma was messing with how my taskbar clock looked.
