Windows 8.0's userCPL is missing a lot of features that the predecessor had and replaced them with a shortcut for the pc settings app that wouldn't work with DWM disabled or with ex7forwin8 installed. would it be possible to restore all the missing features of userCPL and possibly make windows 8.0 truly de-metro and dwm-less?

I hate the forced UWP/Metro/Tablet UI in Windows 10/11, I wish they kept at least the Control Panel.

And also, a lot of dialogs in the UserCPL have been replaced with some stupid metro crap. (Account creation, for example)

Working on de-metroifing the Windows UI (and maybe making it 100% usable without DWM)
