Turns out by readding the classes for Windows XP's start menu and taskbar you can fix the look of the explorer although most of it is nonfunctional  the taskbar is the only thing that seems to mostly work fine here I've attached a stylescript and stylehack that can be used to bring back the classes and properties needed for this to work, aswell as an msstyles i've edited to include these. |

Obviously it is XP Explorer, it is known to work mostly, except the start menu and tray.
