No, there's no need for that. People can just install the apps they want themselves. And is 1809 really the greatest choice especially for UWP dev? idk im making only win32 with python

I installed Dr. Web to my pc, but it said to restart my pc, after i restarted i dont see windows logo and everthyng, only the black square, i reinstalled windows then

.ok....... so i got my windows simple classic theme and openshell to make my 'puter look like windows 95 alot of it is great, but theres just........ ONE problem, for some reason the window frames only show up for pop ups (like the new google sign in page) and it WONT show for apps how do i fix this? here's what i mean (it only shows for system stuff idk why). PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Chrome manages the window frame on its own, so that's a Chrome problem and not an issue with your configuration. Chrome has never supported classic window frames.

I've been making my context menu options more accurate to the options in Windows Vista and I'm wondering if I can add a "Add to Quick Launch" option that it had. I've searched in many places but can't find anything about adding it. I already removed the "Pin to Taskbar" option. I'm still pretty new at this stuff. Anyone know if you can do that?
