With the ESR 115.8.0 R2 version of the patch, this is now possible. Set the configuration property widget.ev-native-controls-patch.scrollbar-style in about:config to 2 (allow sites to override) or 1 (always use 10-style custom scrollbars).

Try the Windows 7 override.

New Firefox update to 115.0.9 broke basic theme and native control bar is gone. Reverting to .8 didn't did fix it but is a new 115.0.9 xul.dll coming soon?

How can I change the scrollbars in Echelon? I'm using an XP theme but I have a classic style scrollbar.

Right click on the tabs bar and click Echelon Options. This will let you change the configuration however you wish. thanks but I found another method - changing the values though about:config
what values did you change? i tried looking around in the source for like 5 minutes to no avail and i cant seem to get the echelon options up on linux (or i may be stupid), in comparison to windows i did move all of the chrome into the profile i was using, but i moved all of the firefox config to /usr/lib/mozilla. besides that the theme works perfectly with some minor bugs that i hardly see, just wondering if theres a manual way to change the theme like you managed to.

Does this work on Firefox forks, such as Waterfox & LibreWolf?

Does this work on Firefox forks, such as Waterfox & LibreWolf? If they're based on 115ESR, it should work just fine. You may run into issues with Native Control Patch if they're 115.9.0 or higher, and the patch has not been updated yet. (I am not sure if it got updated yet or not)

Typically, the answer is: they're not. But if you're lucky, the fork wouldn't change the metadata, so you can just check the version number in the metadata of xul.dll via File Explorer.

Okay, well, I just got to see that Waterfox is "based" on Firefox 115.10.0 via your method and LibreWolf is based on the latest versions of Firefox (124.0.1). I guess I'll have to wait for a new version if you get to recover your Github.
