turning on the HTTP ones did not help. Can't regsvr32 the dlls in the v3.0\windows something folder. i will try removing .net framework 3.5 and reinstalling it
EDIT: still nothing. could be my files, but i have no idea

I'm sorry I can't help it, my instructions is for most people, and I'm not responsible for the system that had been corrupted. Weird thing is that I reinstalled my system today so I doubt it has anything to do with corrupted files or something like that. Maybe I'm missing a step or doing something wrong but idk.  |

In fact, there are dozens of reg key in parental controls. And I don't want to restore it. I don't have time. If somebody can restore it who knows |
