Try deleting HKCU/SOFTWARE/1337ftw and C:/SCT It works now but one more thing, how do you make SCT enable the classic theme and taskbar at startup?

Can you check if a task called Simple Classic Theme exists in the Task Scheduler under Task Scheduler Library?

Can you check if a task called Simple Classic Theme exists in the Task Scheduler under Task Scheduler Library? It does, and it's enabled. So I don't know why it doesn't work.

I need you to check to things in the Task Scheduler: the last result and the last run time. (Not sure if they’re named that exactly)

i never liked this one , incompatible with 7taskbar tweaker as opposed to startisback , wont work well with openshell cant change startbutton adds this clutter near startmenu no show/hide desktop at right etc... Have you tried any of the public beta builds? Im just trying to faithfully replicate the win7 taskbar with perfection while yours might be an advanced cool experimental thingy startisback with classic3 is still doing something your version is refusing to do act as it is the windows taskbar 7 taskbar tweaker does not work with it ... Im keeping an eye open for improvements though

You say my taskbar is refusing to act as a Windows 7 taskbar. Can you tell me specifically what doesn’t work/behave? Without that I can’t really tell what you want/expect. About 7+TT support: I explicitly don’t want any external tools messing with my taskbar, because my taskbar works completely different from any other. I think I explicitly said somewhere I wanted people to tell me functions from external tools like 7+TT to implement into SCT manually. That way external tools aren’t needed.

Its the ui man you dont get the show hide desktop after the clock then its impossible to hide the junk after the startbutton etc . As i said its an enthusiastic tool with a long way to go before it can get usable i dont doubt that it will be great one day...

Everything you've just said is incorrect. ʇǝǝๅ added the function to show/hide the desktop by clicking to the right of the clock, and you can also disable the Quick Launch. There's tons of customization options in SCTT. Are you sure you've used the latest build? Because it sounds like you haven't. Everything you want has already been implemented.

still a piece of error giving software sct required Copy the taskbar files into C:\SCT\Taskbar (If it's non-existent then create that directory), then open SCT, go to File > Options, go to the bottom dropdown menu, select "SCT Taskbar (Alpha)", then press enable, and then you have the taskbar. Do not use any other classic theme solutions like ClassicThemeTray or ClassicThemeA.exe.

This program is not really there yet it should not ask for net or sct it should just load you knowe like startisback does , its earlier versions at least loaded up i just like programs that load up without hassle this one its not for me i fear ...
