I have found out, that it's possible to recreate the notification that comes up whenever your GPU driver stops responding. To do this, you'll need the Notifu utility (or anything else that can send balloon notifications) This is done by attaching a task to an Event Viewer log, as the crashes are still logged in the event log. So, this would work best when your GPU driver has crashed at least once, but I've also attached a .xml of the task, but I'm not sure how well that works. To do this, you need to go to Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System. Then find a Warning log with the source of Display (Display). Copy the contents of the log
Then, at the right pane, you will see an Attach Task To This Event button, click it. Click Next until you get to the Start a Program page As the program's path put in the path to Notifu64, or any other utility you may use. As the parameters, put this:
/t error /p "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" /m "<CONTENTS OF THE LOG YOU COPIED EARLIER>" /i user32.dll,3 /w (this was made for Notifu, you'll need to change it around if you use other utilities) Now, the next time your GPU driver crashes, you should see a notification. files.catbox.moe/gu6rmq.xml Here's the XML file as I said earlier. Make sure to replace the "Unknown" in the message with the name of your GPU driver, though I'm not sure how Windows gets that. Then import it into Task Scheduler. But I recommend doing the manual way whenever possible.

So thank you a lot guys for the icon pack, Windows 10 icons are certainly so ugly. However, not all icons of the icon pack match those of Windows 10 21H2. Some have changed their "position" and some 21H2 icons are brand-new and don't match any Windows 7 icon.
I could specify more what icons changed, however given that I did the conversion months ago I can't remember properly now exactly which changed. Sorry for changing the subject, but given that MS fucked up the navigation bar owing to the dumb dark mode, the OS (At least Windows 10 21H2) can't be fully converted into the appearance of Windows 7 for now, as Explorerpatcher can't patch the navigation bar of newer Windows 10 versions, and to my horror on a VM with dwm disabled (even though it froze constantly) the navigation bar still looked different. However, I use Windows 7 icons with the classic theme and it still looks very well, a very neat appearance.
Edit: I've just remembered that one of the most important things that vastly changed is the explorerframe file. On 21h2 it's .png files now and it's truly a pain in the ass, given that when you convert them to that from bmp they get a grey background which you need to manually edit into a transparent background. It's so time consuming I haven't finished this file yet.

Oki so replace the two Action Center dlls in system 32 |ActionCenter.dll + ActionCenterCPL.dll| then replace the mui's in System32/en-US! | ActionCenterCPL.dll.mui + ActionCenter.dll.mui | Restart Explorer and watch the system tray! You'll soon see an action center flag that does redirect to System and Maintenance in Control Panel
beware: pressing Security and Action Center setting in System and Maintenance will just close out Control Panel
I have tested it and nothing I did in the Control Panel applet could crash it. In fact, it have added a new Windows Activation section, but clicking the link doesn't do anything. Edit: This is because I'm on an older version of Windows

I tested this on windows 10 22h2 and I only replaced actioncenter.dll and it still worked! Even the open action center button
