Possibly, add ability to have Win10 taskbar on Win11, by registry method or EP on versions 21h2-23h2 and by replacing explorer.exe on 24h2. One also can enable Win10 taskbar on 24h2 using vivetool, but it lacks tray.
MS-DOS has nothing to do with this. It is difference in resource formats. And to run them under Winevdm, no patching now is needed.
Yes, I do indeed have shell items to add to the list. Regarding Windows 1.03 applications, I talked about MS-DOS executive because it is not included in the pack. With WineVDM, the patched versions can be launched directly by clicking on the icon, where the original versions must be launched from the command line.

One more thing, I think any version of the internet options applet can run on new versions of windows, because the one that comes with ie4 restoring works. Lies. Tried the Vista inetcpl, didn't work.

Copy it to system32 along with the mui. One problem, there are no icons for me, if there's any fix, please tell me

I've created a tool that allows creating stacks from Vista's "stack by" feature (they indeed still work in 7, 8.x, 10, and I also think 11). It's not 1:1 the same as it was in Vista. I just created a C# WinForms where you have to save the search-ms file, compared to Vista where you had in the Explorer context menu Stack by → Property. So I don't know if this counts for this list. github.com/KingKoopaDE/7-StackByAlso interesting: the sort headers still behave like in Vista, creating stacks based on the selected column if you click them in those folders. winclassic.net/thread/2303/question-restore-vistas-file-stacking

Windows XP Clipboard Viewer can be restored by simply copy clipbrd.exe. There's even a 64-Bit version from XP x64/Server2003 (English only, idk if there are other lang version of 64 Bit maybe longhorn).
